Danny Bulch

BSc (Hons) & IOSH

Director

Danny has 35 years’ experience in mechanical services and studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Brighton. Prior to founding Cedar Green Danny held roles at various consultancies before gaining invaluable experience setting up and heading the mechanical services division of a large multidisciplinary contractor. In his spare time Danny is happiest doing dangerous activities like ridding off road motorbikes in mountain ranges, riding trials bikes, messing about on anything that floats in the sea as well as snowboarding, generally refusing to grow old.

Paula Foley

BSc (Hons), MRICS & IOSH

Director

Paula has over 25 years’ experience in the built environment and was elected member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2003. Prior to founding Cedar Green Paula held various senior roles within multidisciplinary consultancies in London and Sussex. Out of work Paula enjoys being out on the downs with her dog, playing the piano, painting and drawing, if not doing that she is often traveling around the country supporting her daughter at netball.

Bryan Edwards

Technical Director

Bryan is a Commercial Gas Engineer with over 45 years’ experience in the industry having started his training with his father as a teenager. Bryan has been an integral part of Cedar Green since we opened for business in 2010. During downtime Bryan sticks with the mech-eng theme as he enjoys restoring “modern classic cars” and has recently undertaken a full restoration of his early 80’s BMW. He’s also an avid football and cricket fan, a lifelong supporter of Brighton & Hove Albion and Sussex Cricket Club.

Jay Rolf

BSc (Hons)

Operations Manager

Jay Joined Cedar Green during the summer of 2024 having started his career as an apprentice heating engineer, he quickly rose through the ranks gaining invaluable experience on the tools and swiftly becoming a commercial gas engineer before moving into the office as middle management. He has an enthusiasm for all things heating related and always keen to deliver a high level of customer satisfaction. Out of the office he’s a dedicated family man with a passion for martial arts, good movies and has a music taste considerably older than his years.

Barbara Bolitho

Service Coordinator

Barbra is a “classically” trained secretary and as such brings strong administrative skills to the office, a rapid typist with great Excel knowledge and a wonderful phone manner. She wants to make everyone’s day a little better, staff and clients alike, she’s Cedar Green’s little ray of sunshine. Out of the office she enjoys spending time with her mum and her kids but most of all she likes playing granny to her two grandchildren.

Angelique Vink

Accounts Manager

Angelique joined the business in 2024 and has become an invaluable member of the team, she is a highly skilled and qualified bookkeeper and her attention to detail is second to none. If you have a query with anything relating to finances or invoicing at Cedar Green speak to Angelique, she will know the answers. In her spare time she can be found in the garden or in the kitchen cooking up a legendary South African meal failing that she will likely be on a mini break in Europe somewhere, she is non-stop all day, every day.

Bex

Service Coordinator

Bex is the newest member of the office team, joining early 2026. Starting her career in IT before moving into a service coordinator role. She is our “go-to” for inhouse IT, she is ultra organised and keeps a worryingly tidy desk. If you need something organising quickly give Bex a call, she will do her utmost to achieve it for you. Out of work she’s a keen netballer, a frequent visitor to the gym and can complete a Rubiks-cube in matter of seconds.

Maggie

Office Gun Dog

Maggie – No office should be without and in-house dog and as our HQ is on a farm nestled in the South Downs its fitting we should have a “working Labrador”. Maggie, is an exceptionally well trained gun dog who loves being here at the office. She is a regular at the weekend shoots during the shooting season. Her impeccable training is a credit to one of our Directors. Paula worked tirelessly to train Maggie, they have an inseparable bond, and Maggie certainly knows who’s boss, and it isn’t Danny!
